I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the outstanding job you did creatively with the Kodak Digitial & Applied Imaging Image Library. This internet site, used by Kodak employees, agencies and media/press personnel worldwide has gotten nothing short of rave reviews.

The job we gave you was not an easy one, yet you far exceeded our expectations. This internet site had to be developed in a way that would require no training for any user worldwide and would simultaneously eliminate tech support questions, issues and complaints. Although we gave you this as an objective, we all did not feel it was 100% achievable but wanted to come as close as possible. Surprisingly, we achieved the 100% goal. There were zero tech support calls for months. In fact, the only tech support calls we ever get is a result of Kodak server problems and not the site itself. Zero tech support and zero training needs is an amazing accomplishment you should be very proud of - I know we are.

The users find the system amazingly simple to use and think it's one of the "coolest" tools we provide. In fact, another division in Kodak (Kodak Professional) cloned the site exactly as it was designed and is now using it for their needs as well.

The Kodak D&AI Image Library improvement project was a tough project requiring you to deal with a large number of Kodak management personnel, employees, and Kodak vendors. You not only made this project highly successful, you did so with an amazing professional and consultative nature that was commended by all. Thank you again for all your help.”
